Vision is an essential part of everyday life, influencing how all ages learn, communicate, work, play and interact with the world. Getting an eye exam is an important part of staying healthy. It is recommended that you get your eyes checked every 1-2 years and every year if you have diabetes. SNAHC partners with community optometrist and ophthalmologist to offer the following services:
