No Show Policy:
A patient that misses their appointment without canceling by the appointment start time is considered a no-show. Patients who no show 3 times in a row will be required to sign the No-Show/Re-Engagement of Treatment Letter before scheduling their next appointment. Patients who no-show four times in a row may be discharged from ALL SNAHC services.
Need to cancel?
SNAHC encouraged you to cancel your Medical, Dental, or Behavioral Health appointment up to 2 hours before you are scheduled to be seen. You can cancel by responding NO to the text appointment reminder that is sent to your cell phone. You can also cancel by calling one of our representatives at (916)341-0575 during business hours.
