System Partners

Part of building a system of care for Native youth in Sacramento County is to provide training’s for our community partners and service providers. These training’s will help educate and spread awareness, in addition to building a common vision for working together towards a system of care approach to serving Native children and families. Sacramento Native American Health Center staff, in addition to community partners, aim to provide you with various training’s for you and your organizations. If SNAHC staff cannot provide you with a specific training, we will reach out to our community contacts and provide a warm hand-off so you can schedule a training directly with facilitators. Please fill out the form below and we will get back to you as soon as we can. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Family and Community Services Director, Anthony Taula-Lieras  at anthony.taula-lieras@snahc.org.
