Gathering of Native Americans (GONA) Adult Facilitator Training

The Gathering of Native Americans Adult Facilitator Training will teach participants to facilitate a Gathering of Native American (GONA) event for their peers. Participants will study the four foundational phases of the GONA curriculum: belonging, mastery, interdependence, and generosity. A handout packet will be distributed to each participant that can be duplicated for GONA’s that will be implemented in their own communities.
The training is scheduled for August 28-31, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All materials and food will be provided. Training will take place at the Sierra 2 Center, 2791 24th Street, Sacramento, California 95818.
