Each year the Sacramento Native American Health Center asks our patients to participate in completing the CAHPS Patient Satisfaction Survey. The questions in this survey are provided by AHRQ (Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality) Generally, SNAHC has provided this survey to our patients through mail, however, due to the pandemic and safety concerns of our patients and staff we created this survey through survey monkey and sent a link to our patients’ cell phone. The responses to this survey help guide quality improvement work ensure our health center is the best that it can be. We thank you for completing the survey and encourage you to take a moment to review the results. The results of this survey will show you SNAHC’s overall averages by category as well as regional and national benchmarks.
