Priscila Gonzalez Joins SNAHC as New Chief Operating Officer

Sacramento, California – January 17, 2019 – Sacramento Native American Health Center (SNAHC) is pleased to announce Priscila Gonzales as the new Chief Operating Officer. Priscila joins SNAHC with over 20 years of experience in health center operations, including her most recent position as Director of Operations and Patient Experience at OLE Health, Napa County’s largest community health center system.

“Priscila brings a skill set vitally important to our future growth plan. Her experience in a patient-centered community health environment and the leadership that she provided to OLE Health are immediately transferable to our health center and I am excited about her joining our team,” said Britta Guerrero, Chief Executive Officer.

Throughout her tenure at OLE Health, Priscila played a key role in the organization’s growth by building a culture among staff that prioritized and enhanced the patient experience. Priscila led the development of organizational values and principles that helped guide staff to build positive and trusting relationships with patients and the community. She also oversaw OLE’s growth into Solano County and led the efforts to implement operational efficiency throughout each of OLE’s nine locations. Priscila holds a Master’s in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College and a Bachelor’s of Science in Biochemistry from UC Davis.

As Chief Operating Officer, Priscila will be responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of Health Center operations, devoting sufficient time to administrative responsibilities, to ensure proper administration and management of our health center sites. Priscila will start at SNAHC on February 4, 2019.
