Britta Guerrero,
Executive Director
San Carlos Apache

My name is Britta Guerrero, I am an urban Indian, a mixture of San Carlos Apache, and Caucasian. I have worked in the healthcare field for over 10 years.
I have extensive healthcare administration knowledge and this is my third clinic start up! The past few months have been both challenging and exciting. I have been blessed with a talented and hardworking staff and we are all here to assist in any way we can!


KatieDr. Catherine Moizeau,
Medical Director

joins the Sacramento Native American Health
Center with the latest knowledge of medical practice and a particular interest in preventative medicine and chronic disease management. She graduated from Saint Louis
University School of Medicine in 2000, and finished residency in 2003 - having trained inObstetrics & Gynecology and Family Practice.

She was born in New York City, and grew up on the East Coast and in Europe. She has lived in California for a 15 years, and now calls the state home. Outside of the clinic she enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, and horseback riding. 


Dr. Alice Huang, DDS,
Dental Director

My name is Chen-Wen Huang, but I go by Alice.   I was born in Taiwan, but grew up in the greater Bay Area.  I frequently go back to Taiwan to visit family and keep up with my Mandarin and Taiwanese.  I enjoyed my college years at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.  I also attended the University of the Pacific for dental school in San Francisco.  I met my husband in San Francisco and we recently had two weddings, one in San Francisco and one in Taiwan.  We decided to move to the Sacramento area and are happily here enjoying life. 



Esther Tupaz,
Clinic Nurse Manager

My name is Esther Tupaz.  I'm a licensed vocational nurse.  I earned my nursing degree from Yuba College in Marysville and an AA degree from San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton.  I was born in Oakland CA. but spent over half of my life living in the West Point area. Please stop by the medical clinic and say hello!


Christie London
RN, PHN, FNP

My name is Christie London. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Public Health Nurse. I am originally from Virginia and I came to California in 2003. I have had many different experiences in nursing and health care. I have worked in Newborn Intensive Care, Pediatric Emergency, county health clinics, private family practice and Planned Parenthood. I am thrilled to be a part of the awesome team here at the Sacramento Native American Health Center.


Ellen Johnson MA,
Behavioral Health Director

Western Shoshone

Ellen Johnson, is currently the Behavioral Health Director at the Sac Native American Health Center, Inc. She has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, San Diego, California. Her areas of specialization include counseling American Indian families, community services administration, and addiction education & treatment. Ellen has accumulated over twenty years working with American Indian communities and has experience developing community resources and providing community education.


Cibonay Cordova MA,,
Community Services Director


Cibonay Cordova is the Community Services Director at SNAHC.  She received a B.A. degree in Ethnic Studies/Cultural Anthropology from The California State University, Sacramento and an M.A. in Native American Studies from the University of California, Davis.  She also completed 4 years of the Ph.D. Program in Native American Studies at the University of California, Davis.  Cibonay has worked at SNAHC for almost 3 years and she has been active in the area of Prevention, Health, and Education for over 10 years.  In addition to working at SNAHC, Cibonay also teaches Native American Studies at local Community Colleges.  And above all, she is a mother to three young boys.


Cathy Culleton, MS, RD
Dietitian

Cathy Culleton is SNAHC's Registered Dietitian and Diabetes Case Manager. She provides nutrition assessment & counseling for patients and is working to develop community wellness programs focusing on diabetes prevention and nutrition education. Cathy completed her graduate degree at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University in Boston and her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley. She completed her training in dietetics at the Medical College of Virginia. From 2001 - 2003, Cathy worked as the dietitian in the Nutrition and Fitness Department at the Native American Health Center in Oakland. Cathy currently serves as the secretary for the Northern Area Dietetic Association in Sacramento.
