Improving Access to Care
You told us that it can be hard to get an appointment. To improve access, we are reviewing our scheduling guidelines and our late arrival policy so we can offer more flexibility. We are also working to help patients see their providers sooner. You can help by confirming your appointments and letting us know at least twenty four hours in advance if you need to cancel.
Improving Phone Support
Many patients told us that reaching us by phone can be difficult. We are redesigning our phone tree to make it easier to use and looking at new tools that will help us respond to calls faster.
Clearer Communication and Referrals
We are updating lobby signs and reminding staff to give regular updates about wait times. We are also working to make the referrals process easier to understand and improving how we communicate next steps.
Patient Advisory Group
We are excited to bring back our Patient Advisory Group soon. This group will help us learn from patients and guide improvements across the clinic.
