Home Visitation Services
Sacramento Native American Health Center

Home Visitation Program
Indigenous peoples sustained family wellness through Native knowledge systems and traditional ways of knowing. These ways of knowing are acquired through cumulative experience over millennia. Our program encourages and supports traditional child-rearing and parenting practices combined with contemporary models aimed at achieving family wellness in an effort to enhance the nurturing of culturally-healthy infants, children, parents, and families.
