To Prepare for your Appointment
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please call for routine appointments with as much advance notice as possible. Although we do make same-day appointments for urgent care, it is always best to call ahead and let us know you are coming in.

All ages can receive urgent care on a walk-in basis and should sign-in during designated hours. The treatments available for this type of visit is limited, but can in most cases be accommodated.

• Medical or Dental insurance card
• Medicare card
• Photo ID
• Tribal enrollment documents
